The overall goal of the project is to design collaborative workstations of the future where the collaborator and the machine are a united couple for the same performance in a 4.0 organization. We focus on work situations where technology contributes to the development of the employee and we will not deal with work situations where technology overcomes the inability of employees or replaces him in dangerous situations. We are studying more specifically the two 4.0 devices that are augmented reality and collaborative robotics.
